Dehesa del Carrizal is a wine made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes that belongs to the Grandes Pagos de España, a group of 13 areas with microclimates that produce wines of excellent quality. It rests 18 months in oak barrels and has an intense cherry color. The bouquet has an aroma of sweet spices with ripe fruit character. To the taste it is savoury, spicy and with intense tannins. It goes well with meaty appetizers, mature cheeses, home made pasta. Vol. 14,5%
