DEHESA DEL CARRIZAL (Spain)
Dehesa del Carrizal is a wine made from 100% Chardonnay grapes that belongs to the Grandes Pagos de España, a group of 13 areas with microclimates that produce wines of excellent quality. It is fermented in new French oak barrels at a controlled temperature and aged for about three months. It has a very intense greenish yellow color that catches the eye. It is a clean, bright wine, with aromas of white fruit and hints of honey and pastry. Unctuous and tasty on the palate, but always fresh, light, pleasant and with a long aftertaste. Ideal with our fresh pasta, grilled fish and seafood. Vol 13,5%
PAZO CILLEIRO (Spain)
Pazo Cilleiro is a wine from the D.O. Rías Baixas made from 100% Albariño grapes, with a very clean and expressive aroma and notes of citrus and white fruits. Aromas of small white flowers also appear. Very fresh and agile on the palate. Round, with a certain structure typical of the variety and a tasty and persistent finish. Ideal with fried seafood.
