Gilda is a 100% Shiraz from the McLaren Vale, South Australia. It has a vivid and deep violet color and hints of mauve tones, with an intense and robust aroma of ripe black fruit like plum and blackberry, pepper and notes of eucalyptus. It’s a full-bodied wine with moderate acidity, flavors of forest fruits, blackberry, cherry and notes of black pepper. It pairs well with meaty appetizers and red meats. Vol. 14.2%
