Dehesa del Carrizal is a wine made from 100% Chardonnay grapes that belongs to the Grandes Pagos de España, a group of 13 areas with microclimates that produce wines of excellent quality. It is fermented in new French oak barrels at a controlled temperature and aged for about three months. It has a very intense greenish yellow color that catches the eye. It is a clean, bright wine, with aromas of white fruit and hints of honey and pastry. Unctuous and tasty on the palate, but always fresh, light, pleasant and with a long aftertaste.
